How do I place my order?

You can order and pay through our secure PayPal Service.

How do I cancel my order?

You may contact us by e-mail or telephone.
If the order has not yet been cut and shipped it will be cancelled. We ship promptly after
receipt of your order if items are in stock. However, if your order has been processed, then it can't be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To avoid this we encourage you to contact us with your questions prior to submitting your order.

How will you ship my order?

We ship USPS and use standard 2-5 day shipping. If you need your order sooner, let us know. If you'd like your package insured, just leave us a note indicating this in the comments box while ordering.

Do you charge shipping and handling fees?

Yes - the fee varies depending on the total amount of your order.

Overseas Orders?

If you're ordering with PayPal, we will contact you through your e mail and ask you to make a second payment for shipping and handling charges. It is not automatically calculated by PayPal.


Return Policy


All orders are custom cut to suit your particular window measurements, therefore we are unable to accept any returned or exchange goods. We apologize, but there doesn't seem to be any way to override this. We simply ask you to contact us for any help you may need before ordering your curtains. Upon receipt of your package, we welcome any comments or questions you may have via our e-mail at martine@myfrenchlacecurtains.com. Should a product have been damaged en route to your home, please send it back to us within five business days for replacement.
